PHS Turntable Wrapper
An automatic turntable wrapper for lines running up to 35 pallets an hour. It stretches, clamps and cuts the film on its own, handles loads to 2,500 kg and 2,100 mm high, and is quiet enough to sit alongside people working.
- 35Pallets per hour
- 2,500 kgMax load weight
- 2,100 mmMax load height
- AS/NZS 4024Built to standard

Power pre-stretch, so you buy less film
The carriage stretches the film before it ever reaches the load, rather than pulling it straight off the roll. One roll covers considerably more pallets, and the wrap holds better because the film is working at the tension it was designed for instead of simply being wound on.
Film tension, turntable speed, carriage speed and conveyor speed are all adjustable, so a light, tall load and a dense, heavy one can each have their own recipe.
It stretches, clamps and cuts without an operator
The machine picks up the film, wraps the load to the pattern you have set, then clamps and cuts at the end of the cycle. Nobody walks backwards around a pallet with a roll in their hands, and nobody has to finish the job off by hand.
Everything runs from a touchscreen. Operators choose a recipe rather than remembering settings, which is what keeps wrap quality identical on every shift and on every operator.

Where it fits
-
End of a palletising line
Takes the pallet straight off the palletiser, wraps it and sends it on to dispatch without anyone touching it.
-
Food and beverage
Consistent wrap on every pallet, which is what keeps loads intact through a distribution centre and out to stores.
-
Chilled and cold areas
Specified for low temperature environments, so the wrapper can sit where the product already is.
-
Mixed pallet sizes
Adjustable tension and speeds mean one machine copes with a range of load weights, heights and stabilities.
Tell us what you are wrapping
If you need more than 35 pallets an hour, or your loads are too light to spin comfortably, the ring wrapper is the better fit. We will tell you honestly which one your line needs.
