PHS60 COP Packer
A semi-automatic carton-over-product case packer for bottling and canning lines. The case comes down over the product instead of the product being lifted into the case, so nothing gets handled on the way in, and the line runs at up to 14 cases a minute.

The product never gets picked up
In a carton-over-product packer the case is placed down over the pack, so bottles, jars and cans are never lifted, tipped or dropped into a carton. Breakages fall, and so does the repetitive lifting that causes overuse injuries.
That is what makes it suit glass in particular. A bottle that is never picked up is a bottle that never gets chipped on the way into the case.
Change product without reaching for a spanner
Adjustment is tool-free, so moving between pack formats takes minutes instead of a maintenance call. On a line running several products that is usually where the machine earns its keep.
Operator workspaces sit on both sides, infeeds can be single or multi lane, and case sealing is hot-melt glue or tape, whichever your packaging already uses.
