With 19 years at ABB Robotics under his belt, Graeme Paulin brings a wealth of experience to PHS Innovate as Service Manager. A fitter by trade, Graeme first encountered industrial robotics during a project in the UK and never looked back.

From early installations at Southward Engineering to supporting the deployment of ABB robots across New Zealand, he’s been immersed in the evolution of automation.

Now at PHS Innovate, Graeme is focused on growing the service side of the business and mentoring the team in advanced robotic support. He’s passionate about demystifying robotics and ensuring clients feel confident integrating automation into their operations.

Outside of work, Graeme’s a long-time runner and former Navy man who values simplicity, clear thinking, and staying active. His guiding principle? The answer is yes—because there’s always a way to make it work.
